Who we are

PS is a Penarth based, RICS Regulated, private residential building surveying practise delivering a friendly, high quality, informative and professional service.

We cover the South Wales area, covering CF and NP postcodes. Offering RICS levels 2 Home Buyer Surveys & RICS level 3 Building Surveys.

We will provide you with a selection of clearly presented options that are particularly relevant to the homebuyer who is concerned about the condition of a property.

We do not provide property valuations with our surveys or separately.

Our Services

Survey Level Two

This report is the most popular and is designed if you need more extensive information whilst buying or selling a conventional house, flat or bungalow, built from normal building materials and in reasonable condition.

Survey Level Three

This report focuses its attention on older or run-down properties, buildings that are unusual or altered, or where major building works are planned. It costs more than other RICS reports since it includes detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.

Additional Services

Concerned about an area of damp, unsure what’s causing it or where it came from.
Concerned about wood destroying fungi, dry or wet rot, infestation of wood boring insects, our survey can help.
